Inside this case you will receive our Maple Wood Smoked Bacon. These thick cut, restaurant style portions have been individually sliced, frozen and vacuum packed for easy preparation and to preserve freshness.
Cook from frozen or thawed state until you have reached your desired consistency or until you have reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. For best results cook from thawed state slowly and turn often, drain excess fat and pat dry on paper towel.
