Atlantic Scallops (10/20)

Inside this case you will receive 2.50 lbs. of our frozen at sea, Atlantic Sea Scallops. These portions have been individually quick frozen and vacuum packed for easy preparation and to preserve freshness.

Cook from frozen or thawed until you have reached your desired consistency or until you have reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. For best results cool scallops until they have turned a pearl white color and the meat is firm.
