Bison Burgers (Econ)
Inside this case you will receive 25 x 6 oz. of our natural, Alberta raised gluten free, free range bison burgers. These portions have been individually quick frozen and vacuum packed for easy preparation and for freshness.
Cook from a thawed state until you have reached an internal temperature of 165 degree. For best results spread patties out on a cookie sheet and salt and pepper both sides of patty. Do not leave unattended, with a high fat content expect high flare up, cook with lid open and on low to medium heat.
